        الإرجاع والتوصيل

        متى سيتم توصيل طلبي؟
        1. يعتمد تاريخ ووقت التوصيل على تأكيد حجز العميل، وليس على تاريخ ووقت الشراء من المتجر الإلكتروني. سيتم الاتصال بالعميل لاحقاً لتأكيد موعد التوصيل المحجوز.
        2. يوم الجمعة عطلة وفقاً للوائح الحكومية في البحرين.
        3. قد يُلغى موعد التوصيل إذا كان رقم هاتف العميل غير صحيح أو تعذر الوصول إليه. عندها يُعاد تحديد تاريخ ووقت توصيل المنتجات المشتراة، بحد أقصى ثلاث مرات.
        4. يتلقى العميل اتصال تأكيد في يوم التوصيل نفسه لإعادة تأكيد العنوان والوقت.
        5. بالنسبة للتلفزيونات والأجهزة المنزلية الكبيرة، يجب أن يتولى فريق الخدمة المدرّب التركيب وفك التغليف للتحقق من عمل المنتج. وإذا اختار العميل عدم فك التغليف، فلا تتحمل سويتش أون المسؤولية بعد توقيع إشعار التسليم.
        6. بالتوقيع على إشعار التسليم، يقر العميل باكتمال التسليم من حيث الكميات واستلام المنتجات جديدة ومغلقة التغليف.
        هل يمكنني إرجاع المنتج؟
        1. يمكن للعميل إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المشتراة والمغلقة التغليف مباشرة بزيارة المعرض خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء.
        2. إذا كان الإرجاع بسبب عطل في المنتج أو عيب تصنيع أو تلف عند التوصيل أو توصيل منتج غير صحيح، فلن يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن. أما الإرجاع لأسباب أخرى، مثل طلب الاستبدال أو تغيير الرأي، فتُحمّل رسوم الشحن على العميل.
