        الإرجاع والتسليم

        متى سيتم توصيل طلبي؟
        1. يعتمد تاريخ ووقت التوصيل على تأكيد حجز العميل، وليس على تاريخ ووقت الشراء من المتجر الإلكتروني. سيتم التواصل مع العميل لاحقاً لتأكيد موعد التوصيل المحجوز.
        2. يوم الجمعة عطلة وفقاً للأنظمة الحكومية في البحرين.
        3. قد يُلغى موعد التوصيل إذا كان رقم هاتف العميل غير صحيح أو تعذر التواصل معه. وعندئذٍ يُعاد تحديد تاريخ ووقت توصيل المنتجات المشتراة، بحد أقصى ثلاث مرات.
        4. يتلقى العميل اتصالاً للتأكيد في يوم التوصيل نفسه لإعادة تأكيد العنوان والوقت.
        5. بالنسبة للتلفزيونات والأجهزة المنزلية الكبيرة، يجب أن يتولى فريق الخدمة المدرّب فتح التغليف والتركيب للتحقق من عمل المنتج. وإذا اختار العميل عدم فتح التغليف، فلن تتحمل سويتش أون المسؤولية بعد توقيع إشعار التسليم.
        6. بتوقيع إشعار التسليم، يقرّ العميل بأن التسليم مكتمل من حيث الكميات، وأن المنتجات استُلمت جديدة وفي عبوات مغلقة.
        هل يمكنني إرجاع المنتج؟
        1. يمكن للعميل إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المشتراة والمغلقة التغليف مباشرة بزيارة المعرض خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء.
        2. إذا كان الإرجاع بسبب عطل في المنتج أو عيب تصنيع أو تلف عند التوصيل أو توصيل منتج غير صحيح، فلن يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن. أما الإرجاع لأسباب أخرى، مثل طلب الاستبدال أو تغيير الرأي، فتُحمّل رسوم الشحن على العميل.
