Refund policy

Online Return & Exchange :

  1.  The customer can return or exchange the purchased sealed products immediately by visiting the store within 14 days of the purchasing date.
  2.  In the event of a return as a result of product malfunction or manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery or delivery of the wrong product, customer will not be charged for any shipment fees In case of returns for other reasons (i.e. customer needs an exchange or customer changed his mind) shipment fees will be charged to the customer.
  3. The way to return the product is by calling us at +973 1740 4590. In the event that you received your product from the Switch On delivery team, or if you received your product from the store, you must visit the store itself.
  4. For any return process, the original invoice must be presented.
  5. Upon Switch On’s discretion, the customer can return or exchange any OPEN box items in case a proven defect is reported within 14 days. Otherwise, the supplier shall be responsible after the 14 days for any proven defects in the products.
  6. For purchased products that require a pull-out request, the customer must initiate a return request in case he/she wants to exchange or return by calling us on +973 1740 4590 directly to arrange the visit date and time within 14 days from the delivery date. Customers must keep in mind that all packaging materials and accessories must be handed over to the site visit team. Otherwise, the pull out request will be canceled.
  7. For returning or exchanging products, the customer must include the product’s information booklet, all accessories, as well as any provided gift vouchers or coupons.
  8. The related credit card payments' refunds will be done as per the credit card issuer policy.
  9. All Open box item returns that have a proven misuse handling case, are considered not applicable return requests to be processed.
  10. All smart Open Box returns & exchange requests are applicable only if the activation is not processed with 30% deduction on the selected item. Otherwise, the return or exchange request will not be applicable.
  11. All Consumer Electronic Open Box returns & exchange requests are applicable to only if the item is not used with 15% deduction on the selected item. Otherwise, the return or exchange request will not be applicable.
  12. All returns or exchange requests that have open box items without the packaging materials, contains missing accessories or doesn’t contain attached owner manuals, are considered not applicable requests to be processed.
  13. The listed items that are not applicable to be returned or exchanged are as follows:
    13.1. Software and video games are non-returnable
    13.2. Open items with a proven misuse by the user.
    13.3. Supplier is responsible for any issues that occur with issued digital cards at the purchasing process that contain PIN/activation codes.
    13.4. All Health & Beauty products (shavers, oral & dental care, epilators …) are not subject to any return, replacement or refund, unless found defective within 14 days
    13.5. Gaming devices & Smart Mobile phones / Laptops / Computers that have been activated successfully (operating system wise), including iPad or smart tablets unless found defective within 14 days.
