Shipping policy

Home Delivery:

  1. The delivery date and time are dependent on the customer’s booking confirmation and not based on the date and time of purchase from the online store. A later call will be placed to confirm the booked delivery slot.
  2. Friday is a day-off as per Bahrain government regulations.
  3. The delivery appointment is subject to being canceled in case the customer’s mobile phone number is incorrect or unreachable. This causes a new delivery date and time to be rescheduled for delivering the purchased goods up to 3 times maximum.
  4. Customers should get a confirmation call on the same delivery date for reaffirming the address and time of delivery.
  5. For TVs and White Goods, Installation and Unboxing are mandatory by our trained service team to ensure product functionality. Otherwise, if the customer does not want to unbox the product, Switch On is not responsible once the delivery note is signed.
  6. By signing the delivery note, the customer has declared the delivery completion from all aspects of quantities, sealed items, and brand new receiving status.

AC Service Installation:

  1. The physical invoice must be presented to the home delivery team for installing the AC units.
  2. Returning or exchanging the AC Split are not applicable requests if the external and internal units have been installed successfully & the customer has signed the delivery note.
  3. The Installed AC units are under the supplier’s warranty.
  4. The site readiness for installing the new AC units are a prerequisite under the customer responsibility. Otherwise, the AC installation appointment will be rescheduled to a later notice.
The AC units’ installation process is required to comply with the safety & product performance regulations.
